Note 1: All skippers and crews must be current members of a Australian Sailing affiliated Yacht/Sailing Club.

Note 2: Proof of age may be required.

Note 3: Each entry is a declaration that the owner of the entered boat has a valid Third-party Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum cover of AUD$10,000,000.

Note 4. Copyright and right to use image: I acknowledge and consent to photographs being taken of competitors and supporters during the regatta and authorise the TASC to use such photographs for promotional or other purposes without my further consent being obtained.

 

All those taking part in the Toronto Regatta do so at their own risk.
